Welcome to QualiFest!

To deliver the best experience to Qualicorp employees and make them the centerpiece of the end-year party, we created their own festival.

The pre-event was marked by a communication rule aimed at employee engagement. The start was to announce the date and through an application created for the project, all the information and interaction with the team took place so that everyone could get into the party mood.

At the entrance, everyone was invited to get into the Q FEST mood, through several elements that would transport them to a world of entertainment such as block letters, personalized projections, lambe-lambes, and other Instagrammable elements.

The main hall had its entire scenography based on major music events, with big screens, lots of colored lights, and, of course, notable attractions. Right from the start, Tiago Abravanel conducted the draws, ending with a very special pocket show. Elevating the energy even further, the band SOS took the stage. And, to close, as promised, Alok!

The outdoor area of the venue was transformed into a lounge, offering a space for relaxation between attractions, with the scenography designed for interaction and lots of photos with bleachers, Instagrammable swings, and a different photo booth in a Kombi format.
